"When I signed up for the {PEACE} program, I doubted that I would learn anything new, since I already had my routine yoga and mindfulness practice. Working on journaling pages was the exercise that I benefited from the most. I turned numerous complaints in my earlier journaling pages into possible actions that I thought would make my life better. I stared at my new to-do list for a few days before I decided to just do it. I did have to rework my schedule to accommodate the changes but it has been working well so far.
I loved how Thereza coached me throughout the course. She didn’t tell me what to do. In fact, I didn’t tell her the details of my journaling. She guided me to interpret my journaling pages so that I could see by myself the changes I needed to make. Going through journaling pages with her eventually made me realize that I have known all along what I needed to do. Now is the time to do it.
