"If you watch how nature deals with adversity,
continually renewing itself,
you can't help but learn."
~ Bernie Seigel, MD
Walking out in nature is a great way to gain clarity and a different perspective about the issues going on in our lives. I like to spend time in the great outdoors and value my connection to nature through plants, rocks, animals, and bodies of water.
Have you ever dedicated a few minutes in nature when you feel really overwhelmed? It dissolves that intensity and helps you feel grounded again. Nature walks are highly therapeutic, promoting health and well-being.
Sometimes, after a session, it is productive to go out in nature for a walk. It gives us a chance to reconnect, reenergize and reground before going back to our every day lives.
